Since 1933 the Judges and the Bar Attorneys have functioned as a Private Club much the same as any other Association, INC. (ie. Lions, Rotary, Elks, Masons, etc).

 This club known as the “American Bar Association”, provides membership for attorneys and Judges to enter their special courts to represent those who have been charged with crimes under the color of law.

 Those charged with a crime under the color of law lack standing in their private club, and thus, must obtain the help of a member in the Bar Association, in good standing as a member of the “Bar” to defend them through use of the UCC code, which has been created by this private club, and includes, all forms and materials which are also copyrighted by this private club (American Bar Association).
