Procedure for filing a CAT

Per instructions from Michael Grady This implementation and demand document is to be signed in green ink and red thumb print below his signature on Page 1,4,7, and 8. The multiple signature page (page 14) must be also signed in Green and Red Thumb print as it ties you to the CAT which is next in order to file. You must also enter your docket number in the top left on the PA line just below the R.R. line with the long number. Additional docket numbers may be added on this page.
After receiving a true and correct certified copy of the 14 page implementation and demand order with notary embossed stamp or seal with a receipt one is ready for step two of this process.
Obtain a true and correct certified copy of the CAT from the public record in your state, (Press Here for list of States) and if it is not available, down load a copy of the Lee County Florida CAT dated 07-06-2004 (do not change or mark on any pages of this document with book and page numbers) Press Here and place in your docket after filing of the 14 page implementation and demand.
Michael Grady has noticed the World Law Group ... IBA Interlocking Directorates (World Law Group / Shareholders) and the United States Law Firm Group (set of documents is 58 pages in length). Documents are to be filed into your docket after securing a true and correct copy of the above CAT. Michael believes these documents should be clocked in to your docket the day after filing the 14 page implementation /demand and 49-50 page CAT. Take the 14 page demand order and the CAT to the county recorders office and record such on the public record. This will provide the availability of securing a true and correct copy (CAT) for others if their clerk of courts officer refuses to enter a CAT in the docket without your states notary seal.
After completing the above and obtaining both a receipt and a true and correct copy of all documents you have placed on the public record.... You should have copies of each with two Seals. (one seal from the set recorded in your docket and another seal from the deed of records department).
Store all receipts in a safe place outside your home.
Be sure and understand the multiple signature page (page 14 of the demand order). All who want to be a party to this may sign additionally.
