Have you noticed how the powers that be are trying to
make you look like the one that dropped the ball on Katrina? All of the news
medias are controlled by the same powers that control everything else and
of course they are looking for someone who is not a good ole boy politician
and you fit the bill perfectly. In my mind it looks like the Administration
of New Orleans, FEMA and HOMELAND SECURITY and the welfare state are the causes
of the breakdown. Because you are not a bar attorney you may well be the one
person that can bring this needed change about. Every bar attorney is a shareholder
(protector) for the Federal Reserve Note Dollar System and an Esquire for
the Queen. They are the very reason this country and state of ours is in such
a bad situation financially. For the first time in history your Governor's
oath of office has been recorded on the public record. You can go to www.catfreedom.com
and learn about all the things I am making you aware of in this letter. Many
perfected default Summary Judgments are also recorded on the public record
of Concordia Parish for the entire State of Louisiana to draw from for your
benefit and the benefit of all of God's children to finally throw off the
shackles of financial slavery, AKA peonage within the boundaries of your state.
Your priorities are now to God, the Bible, and to the original Constitution
of the united states of America. You and others (ie. District Attorneys')
in the state of Louisiana and other states, where the Commercial Affidavit
of Truth have been filed, have been given the ability to file a suit against
evil and the shareholders of the Federal Reserve Note Dollar System, known
as the USA CORPORATION, and the STATE. By doing so the sovereign state of
Louisiana becomes a creditor nation or zone, or a republic unto itself. This
new entity or state would be a corporate soul, not regulatable because of
fraud previously formed. Immediately collecting and seizing the value of all
DD214's within your jurisdiction for past and present servicemen, who served
in the armed forces so gallantly, could use this as security in gold to finance
the new un-incorporated operation. The Soldier and Soldiers Act, which is
still in force today, says that these assets alone would be literally worth
Billions in gold for all past military, which by the way has never been paid
except by I.O.U.'s (Instruments of debt), plus the land value of each holding
a claim of 4,000-12,000 acres of land for each. All of this is presently being
held in a trust account of the shareholders and could actually reach into
the trillions. Your first order of business would be to call up all Magna
Carta Sheriff's within your trade zone, whose duty would be to serve and protect,
to a meeting directing them to begin operating their offices under direction
of your office, God's laws, and the original constitution. The next order
of business would be to throw out the satanic commercial court system, all
bar members, all attorneys, (ie. shareholders) that we now are enslaved by.
Next you would need to seize all ships coming into the port, licensed under
the control of the Vatican and the Federal Reserve Note Dollar System with
a duty to be paid to Louisiana, as tariff's should be now, to the new creditor
nation of Louisiana. Foreign Nations would be flocking to your door to do
business with the first of many creditor nations in this country of ours.
